a) Anvil Covers.
Polyurethanes are a wide family of elastomers and they can have different features according to the specific components.
Some of those materials have a unique resistance to tear and wear; thanks to these features they were the best choice to produce die anvils since the first ages of the corrugated cardboard industry.
b) No-crush wheels.
Polyurethane no-crush wheels are widespread on corrugating lines as well as on folder-gluers, and wherever you need to drive or guide the cardboard.
c) Feeding wheel
You can find polyurethane items in several crucial points:
-feeding wheels must ensure resistance to wear and grip power, to keep great precision even at high production speed.
-stitch-lap anvils must have great resistance to cut.
-creasing anvil rings should adapt perfectly to their steel counterparts.
